These indicative founding charges reflect Ananda Living Foundation's proposed nonprofit operating model. Final inclusions, fees, security deposits, refund provisions and annual review terms will be confirmed through the approved residency policy and agreement.
Resident contributions will ordinarily be reviewed annually based on actual operating costs. Any proposed revision will ordinarily be communicated at least 90 days in advance.

Himalaya is the proposed digital resident experience for Ananda Living. It is being designed to help residents access services, stay connected, understand their contributions and communicate with the community team without making community life feel impersonal.
